Asking questions beyond any free daily allowance uses question credits, which you buy as one-time question packs. There are NO subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. The price of each pack is shown clearly before you pay. Credits do not expire, are personal to your account, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If a payment failed, was duplicated, or was charged in error, we will refund it to your original payment method. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email support@uttanka.online and we will investigate and put it right.
Because a reading is a digital service that is generated and delivered to you immediately, a credit is non-refundable once it has been used to generate a reading — except where a refund is required by law. Unused credits remain on your account for you to use.
Email support@uttanka.online with your order details (the email on your account, the approximate date and amount, and the payment method) within 7 days of the charge. We respond within 5–7 business days and, where a refund is due, process it to your original payment method.
There is nothing to cancel — Uttanka has no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. You can simply stop buying credits at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you wish.
