You can permanently delete your Uttanka account and the data associated with it at any time. For your security, deletion can only be done by the account holder, so it’s done by signing in.
Sign in to Uttanka (web or mobile), go to Profile → Account → Delete account, and confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are removed permanently.
Sign in to delete my accountYour account and personal data are permanently removed: your login and profile(s), birth details and computed charts, chat history and generated readings, saved people, subscription/credit status, and notification settings. This action cannot be undone.
We delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days of the request. The only exception is records we are legally required to keep — for example transaction/payment records retained for tax and accounting obligations — which are kept solely for legal compliance and not used for any other purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
